Flow for Well-Being (Yoga)

Tonia Cheng

For many of us, the last 18 months would have taken its toll whether big or small. More than ever before, it is especially important to maintain good self-care, to find the daily me-time necessary to focus on our physical and mental well-being. With that in mind, in this session we will be working through a slow Vinyasa flow sequence where we will mindfully breathe and move; synchronising our breaths to our movements, letting prana flow to create energy, internal heat and mental stillness within our practice. I will be incorporating tips on good breathing and also providing a few general guidelines on how to design simple home practices for yourselves. This is especially useful when there is no access to teachers or studios. We don’t need an hour or two for practice all the time. Less can be more; some practice is better than no practice.
