Qigong Flow to Center and Ground

Qigong Flow is a method of energy cultivation that uses movement, breath and meditation to promote health, healing and inner peace. In this workshop Marisa will introduce you to the basic principles of Qigong flow attunement and how to use Qigong techniques to center and ground your energy. The workshop will cover practical techniques that you can use to ground and center during the day when facing challenges and as well as a complete 30 minute Qigong Flow routine to center your energy. Bring a pen and paper for notes and prepare a quiet flat place to do a standing practice. Option to stand on a yoga mat.
