Open to Bliss Tantra and Yoga - Connecting to Yourself and the Other

Satyama Ratna Lasby

“Join Satyama for an interactive playshop where we will move, dance, connect and play roles in which we reverse ourselves in order to understand that this is NOT us, and that it IS us, in the journey into loving ourselves from a tantric perspective. This is not a yoga class, but rather a session which will test and challenge the security within so that you can truly “”see””where you are on the path. We will end with a true tantric ritual with mudras that add to the embodiment of Shiva and Shakti. All levels, interests, and denominations welcome. “
