During this session we will be exploring how mindfulness and meditation can help us to uncover our own true happiness. We will experiment with a few simple mindfulness techniques to see what helps us uniquely tune into our own sources of light.
*Do I need anything?*
Please wear comfortable clothing.
You may also want to have a water bottle or tea nearby. Please also be ready with a pen and paper for personal reflection.
