Dance & Movement Therapy

Aurelie Chaudieu

Embark for an inner journey through the power of movement! The psycho-somatic developmental approach of Dance/Movement Therapy offers a playful yet supportive environment to come back home – our body – safe and aligned while unleashing our full potential. Share a real quality time with like-minded souls and leave the session refreshed with a peaceful mind, ready to tackle the external world again. A unique opportunity to be in the here and now, fully connected to ourselves, with no expectations but a deep sense of curiosity and a childish mind, on our way to inner growth.

The 90 minute-session is an invitation to:
〰️ Practice Self-care;
〰️ Release stress and tensions
〰️ Move our body;
〰️ Restore the connection and dialogue between the mind, body and soul;
〰️ Connect with ourselves;
〰️ Recharge and unwind;
️〰️ Ground ourselves;
〰️ Flow through our imagination;
️〰️ Express ourselves in a safe and non-judgmental environment;
〰️ Enrich your perspective through the group experience and sharing

These sessions are open to all adults worldwide (18+). No prior dance experience is needed, only the curiosity to connect/ reconnect with the body. Be sure to be in a private room with enough space to move freely (a bedroom or living room for instance), wear comfortable clothes and have a bottle of water + art material (paper, notebook, color pencils, pen) at your disposal.
